This course includes:
Learn how to design sounds from scratch using some of the most famous third-party plugins such as Xfer’s Serum, NI’s Massive X, Faceplant, Slate Digital’s ANA2, etc. This module takes you through the fundamentals of using and virtual instrument for sound layering, sampling and sound designing in detail. At the end of this module, you will be able to create basic and complex sounds using a plugin of your choice.
The Advanced Sound Designing Recorded Course covers fundamental concepts and advanced techniques across various synthesizers. Participants learn about oscillators, filters, envelopes, and LFOs, exploring different synthesis types and signal flow. The use of wavetables for additive and subtractive synthesis is examined, alongside a detailed look into Serum for subtractive synthesis and advanced wavetable techniques. ANA 2 by Slate Digital is introduced for subtractive synthesis and AM synthesis, delving into features like drag-and-drop reordering and modulation matrix. Advanced FM synthesis is covered using Phaseplant, focusing on generating sounds from scratch and utilizing features like modulation scaling and macro mapping. Massive X is introduced for formant synthesis and wobble sound creation, with a focus on routing and modulation. Participants also learn to design sounds from scratch using modular synthesis techniques, exploring VCV Rack for advanced modular synthesis and understanding module connections. Additionally, layering synth sounds, addressing LFO phase issues, and integrating external MIDI synths into DAW setups are covered, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of synthesizer technology and sound design principles.
